The power sector - is one of the most important in the world economy and its state fundamentally influences at all human activities. Within this role of nuclear power sector is growing steadily.This article is devoted to prospects of nuclear power in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Particular attention is paid to training for international cooperation in the field of design, construction and operation of nuclear power plants on the basis of higher and further education of Russian State Universities.
