Firstly, results of morphological and chemical properties of soils are presented. Secondly, sites of trouble, reconsolidation and remoistening are revealed. Erosive processes of a soil cover, unsatisfactory condition of vegetation are noted. In addition, the analysis of a technical condition of meliorative system and the historical building is carried out, destructions of an engineering network and designs are revealed. As a result of carrying out inspection by authors the version of the project of works is offered.
