        <p>Possibility of ensuring durability of ferroconcrete designs of "a zero cycle" at an assumption of disclosure of cracks is consideredin article. Object of research is settlement model of the standard eleven-floor monolithic house located in the city of St. Petersburg. The task consists in justification of application of a new technique by decrease in the consumption of materials. In article the optimum technology of the device of a double external wall urged to protect a bearing wall from harmful effects of hostile environment of ground waters is defined. It is proved that by means of application of this technology it is possible to achieve decrease in an expense of fittings.</p>
