Briefly reviewed the existing system for planning and project management of some national and foreign firms. It is noted that they often do not meet the specific requirements for the design building organizations. The main attention is paid to the basic capabilities of a specially developed at the Department of construction of unique buildings and structures programs for heuristic optimization of linear schedules construction on PC.
