In the article there are review and compilation of nation and international expirience on the implementation of Intellectual transport system (ITS) in modern project "Smat roads". The following investigations are particularly considered: sun bataries SmartRoad, piezoelectric generators, special paint coatings, etс. We made some suggestion about implementation of "smart kilometer", sun pond, etc. We present the classification of ITS operating parameters divised in two main groups: safety (comfort) and energy efficiency. We selected actual papers at the moment, when this article went to press.
