        <p>This paper compares the power consumption and system cost fankoil chiller-and split-systems per unit area of cold rooms for high-rise office building, this takes into account the initial cost, the cost of repairs and maintenance and other factors. The aim of this work - the definition of the annual energy consumption of split-system and a fankoil chiller and evaluation of existing methods for increasing the efficiency of the unit.</p>
