It is necessary to begin with a study of the entire array of supporting documents. First of all, it should be the standards for materials and standards for test methods. The article is focused on the exploration of the European technical normative documentation in the field of technical requirements and test methods of concrete mixes and concrete in comparison with the Russian standards.
