This paper investigates the building material for the construction of foundations, such as soil-concrete. This article is intended to aid in selecting building materials with the lowest cost of construction of the foundation. Application of soil-concrete in the manufacture of construction products and allows providing high technical and economic efficiency and sustainable technology, thus expanding the raw material base construction as a whole.The paper considers the composition of soil-concrete mixtures,strength quality soil-concrete, soil-concrete requirements for the construction of foundations, as well as types of soil-concrete foundations. In thispaper the comparison with two soil-concrete building materials such as concrete (sand concrete) and concreteis made. Comparison held technical and price criteria. Will be performed an estimate calculation for the construction cost of the foundation of the three types of material, in order to understand what the building material is advantageous to use.
