      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Paper presents analysis of the new system of Autonomous Ventilation and air Conditioning (AVC). Apart from traditional VAV (Variable Air Volume system), AVC is able to maintain constant value of air pressure in the living premise regardless of changing atmospheric pressure. AVC was developed for residential buildings to maintain comfortable environment for dwellers whereas VAV system is normally used to maintain demanded pressure conditions according to technological requirements. Ability to eliminate the effects of changing atmospheric pressure makes AVC system valuable for those people who are sensitive to climatic conditions. More precise comparison of the research AVC system with other types of air ventilation and conditioning systems is presented in the work. The analysis shows that new AVC system has many advantages which make it unique and valuable.</p>
