        <p>The article deals with problems of seismic stability of the monument of architecture, with preserving "South Coast" rubble masonry. The goal of the research - the search for alternative solutions to ensure an acceptable level of seismic stability of cultural heritage, help to preserve the authentic face "South Coast" rubble masonry. According to the survey results, and cash-analytical evaluation of seismic resistance of the object, according to the requirements of the design and taken into account the architectural planning and design solutions, design parameters and actual characteristics of the materials recommendations to strengthen the structures that allow to maintain the authentic face "South Coast" rubble masonry were developed. Analysis of the survey results of the building and the proposed measures to strengthen the supporting structures allow performing repair and restoration work without breaking the historical reliability of the facades.</p>
