        <p>In the recent time diagrid structures are often used as the main framework for high-rise buildings due to structural efficiency and unique geometry. Structural features of this system allow to design the most innovative architectural solutions in the form and layouts of the building. Author of this article consider the possibility of using diagrid system for construction of low-rise public buildings and the effectiveness of such solution. The article describes the design of the shell frame and the calculation this of impact loads. The calculation results were compared with a structure with regular grid of columns. Conclusions about the effectiveness of the use of diagrid structures are described.</p>
