        <abstracts>
Nowadays all calculations in building are made in special computational software packages. The numerical computation of difference equations with partial derivatives and integral equations is used in these packages for solving problems of applied physics, deformable solid body mechanics, heat exchange, hydrodynamics and electrodynamics. This method is called finite elements method. Since a field can be divided into the limitless number of elements, there is a question: which amount of them is aimed? In current work analytic solutions of problems of external load influence on elastic half-space are considered: Boussinesq problem of point force and Liav problem of evenly distributed load. Numerical solutions of these problems were obtained in the software package Lira-SAPR 2013. The graphs of radial stresses and or stresses σ_z, ԏxz, ԏyz are plotted. We also made the comparison of the results of analytic and numerical solutions.

Calculation on seismic influences is one of the main dynamic calculations which should be carried out at design of responsible buildings and constructions, and also at construction in seismic countries. The problem of ensuring seismic stability and as a result and reliability of designs is one of the main problems for a number of regions of Russia and the neighboring countries. Detailed calculation of the TG-750M (wind electrical turbo-generator) wind power installation on seismic influence by a standard technique according to the previous and current normative documents for different types of soil is given in this article. All calculations were executed manually and then checked in the program SCAD complex. The received results testify to increase of settlement inertial loadings and as a result and to increase of coefficients of a stock at design of construction design on seismic stability according to the new normative document (to the joint venture 14.13330.2014).

This article describes a new frame buildings construction with the use of light-gauge steel framing and solid-cast foamed concrete. This construction is widely spread abroad and has become an advanced direction of the Russian construction development nowadays. Its application in the low-rise housing construction is aimed to solve the problem of the available and comfortable housing in our country. The basic advantages of the foamed concrete in comparison with the other heat-insulating materials are settled in the article. The detailed descriptions of the building’s design as well as the distinctive features of the erection process are given. The comparative analysis of the new construction with its traditional counterparts is provided.

Management is a key function of the enterprise. The ability of management depends on the success of the company or other organization system. Therefore, it is considered that the main cause of underdevelopment of many countries is caused by insufficient application of modern management system, rather than a lack of resources. It is believed that management by its very nature is universal and hence its wide application in various forms of social organization systems is required. Key elements of management are universal and, with appropriate adaptations, applicable in different environments, as recent scientific research and practical experience and demonstrated. However, this does not mean that management and the organization of the enterprise are applied everywhere in the same way.
