Results of inspection of residential housing in the "Complex Building Campus of Polytechnical University"
This article presents results of an inspection of the load-carrying structure. The considered building is a part of the campus of St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. The different methods of instrumental measurements has been applied for determination of material characteristics. The description of laboratory tests for special construction samples is given. The conclusion about the state of constructions and recommendations for further maintenance is presented.

Authors present the article about integration and development of total cost management in Russia. Also, task overview, which decides are given in project management. Furthermore, the conception of total cost management from local projects to strategic assets is considered. In addition, requirements for total cost engineers and list of activities for increase of specialists’ qualification level are given.
