Currently, one of the most actual problems big cities is heavy traffic congestion which quantity increases every year. Deficiency of parking spaces puts a task of integrated parking management solution. This problem led to searching of new solutions with investment attractiveness and aimed at increase in efficiency of the car parks. The article gives the short review of the availability of parking spaces in cities are the main problems of their applications and solutions.
