The teaching a subject of professional cycle with a duplication in a foreign language as a method of preparation of specialists of international level (on an example, the training of an engineer-builder)

The training of the international level specialist is the main goal of professional education, indicated by the "Concept of Long-Term Social and Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the Period to 2020". This article describes and analyzes the known methods used in higher education, and considers a new method of training modern competitive specialist.
