Precast-monolithic reinforced concrete beam-slabs technology with claydit blocks

Abstract:

This article describes the technology of construction of precast-monolithic beam slabs consisting of "TERIVA" beams, claydite concrete blocks located in the direction perpendicular to the beams, over which the upper reinforcement is laid on the construction site and heavy concrete is poured. In turn, the beams that make up the overlap are a mini-truss manufactured in the factory, the top and diagonal chords of which is a trigon trigon (reinforcement frame), and the lower one is a small reinforced concrete chord. The article describes 9 types of design solutions, each of them has a range of bearing capacity depending on the type and value of loads and the size of the span. To justify the bearing capacity, the method of limiting equilibrium is used.
