Professional retraining of specialists in the construction industry in the light of the concept of «Education through all life»

The article is devoted to professional retraining in the field of construction buildings as a relatively new kind of learning. The question of the target audience retraining courses is considered. Examples of the programs of professional retraining courses, developed by the Polytechnical University are given.
