Contemporary approaches to management of development projects in the nuclear power industry

The article analyzes the changes in the global demand for electricity. As a result, identified the need to develop new approaches to the implementation of projects building of energy generating facilities. Compensation incompetence of the customer by expanding the functions of the contractor does not improve the basic parameters of the project: speed, quality, efficiency. Qualitative change in the situation is possible only through the development of market consultancy services customer or architect-engineers.
