The issues of volume and scheduling of construction works on the basis of a systematic approach were considered in this paper. Models of assessment of costs were analyzed. Methods of scheduling of repair and construction works based on the creation the modules of time schedule depending on the species of works was proposed. The study determined that during the preliminary investigation of the facility can be used two models of calculating the cost of repairs depending on the value of the physical deterioration: linear dependence and polynomial of high degree. Also it was revealed that value planning and scheduling of repair and construction works has its own specific character due to different in time physical deterioration of the structural elements of the building.
