Shared investment construction is widely developing in modern Russia. Participation in shared investment construction of the real estate initially assumes a certain degree of risk for the future of its owner. The contract with the insurance company will allow reducingthe risk. The purpose of this article is to analyze the process and the result of financial risk insurance while participating in shared investment construction of apartment buildings and other real estate. As a result there is the conclusion about the most important points of the insurance contract preparation while participating inshared investment construction.
